1. General Provisions
These Rules of Purchase and Sale (“Terms”) govern every purchase made through the website botanicaglow.shop (“Website”, “Store”), operated by BotanicaGlow LLC (“we”, “us”, “the Seller”). By placing an order through the Website, you (“Customer”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website to place an order.

3. Products and Prices
All products offered on the Website are described as accurately as possible, including images, ingredients, and pricing. Minor variations in color or packaging compared to product photos may occur and do not constitute a defect. All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time; however, the price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the moment the order is placed.
4. Placing an Order
To place an order, select the desired products, add them to your cart, and complete the checkout process by providing accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, or pricing errors, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.
5. Payment
Payments for orders placed on the Website are processed securely through Paysera, a licensed electronic money institution. We do not store or have access to your full card or bank account details; all payment data is handled directly by Paysera in accordance with its own security standards and privacy policy. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. An order is processed only after payment has been successfully confirmed by Paysera.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders promptly after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation and may vary depending on your location and the courier used. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging or product appears visibly damaged, note this with the courier where possible and contact us immediately at business@botanicaglow.shop.
7. Returns, Refunds and Complaints
Given the cosmetic and personal-care nature of our products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns are accepted only in the following case:
- The product arrived broken, damaged, or faulty as a result of delivery or a manufacturing defect.
To request a return under this policy, you must contact us at business@botanicaglow.shop within 7 (seven) calendar days of the delivery date, including your order number, a description of the fault, and photos of the damaged or faulty product and its packaging.
Claims submitted after the 7-day period, or relating to products that have been opened, used, or damaged through misuse, will not be eligible for a return or refund. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect choice of product, or reactions not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Once a claim is reviewed and approved, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund to the original payment method via Paysera. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable time after approval.
8. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at business@botanicaglow.shop. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and is instead subject to Section 7 (Returns, Refunds and Complaints) above.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for misuse of products contrary to their labeled instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot be lawfully excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of BotanicaGlow LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo. Any dispute arising from or in connection with an order or these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties by contacting business@botanicaglow.shop. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kosovo.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The version published on the Website at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
